Oil change and tire rotation (and car wash) always seems to take longer than necessary but I’m used to that part. What disappointed us was having w long it took to complete the paperwork so we could pay and leave. Lots of talking amongst the workers which would’ve been ok, but no one seemed in a hurry.

$100 to diagnose the Auto stop/start when the service includes battery testing was a bit steep when I am a return customer.
Dealer needs to align checks with Hyundai OEM. Coolant and brake fluid changes at 30k? OEM suggests 60k.

when I checked in, I was asked if I wanted the car washed after the oil change and I said yeah that would be great. When the car was returned to me it was as dirty as it went in so if you’re gonna provide the service then do it.

I did not appreciate that long list of $7500 worth of repairs. That is one way to send a person in total depression and then for the service rep to say I can’t guarantee you peace with your vehicle. I will be looking elsewhere for the repairs to be done thank you oh and my spark plugs were changed not too long ago so if they would’ve noticed they were clean.
