Andrae Hickmon has been my service advisor for about five years. He was at another Kia dealership so when he moved to Horne Hyundai, I was devastated!
I live in Maricopa but I drove all the way to Apache Junction just so Andrae could be my service advisor!! The level of service that Andrae gives is exceptional- always above and beyond! Every time I come, I know I will receive exceptional service. Needless to say Horne Hyundai has gained a valued customer!

I sat at the dealership for 4 1/2 hours with minimal updates on my repairs. Every time he mentioned he would give me an update he never returned. I finally had to track him down. Also during the multipoint inspection a recommendation was made to have the rear shocks replaced as they were leaking. I found this interesting because I just had that work completed by your dealership on March 29, 2025. I believe this should have been caught during my repair history review. That showed poor customer service. I have been doing busines at this location for almost 8 years and have never felt so under valued. Louis D

Ignacio was great! The wait time is too long, parts aren't available, have to return when they are.
I needed new struts that hold the trunk open. I told them they needed to be replaced. That was their "diagnosis" 2 hours later if me waiting! Why couldn't they just check if parts were avalanche and send me on my way? A service mechanic could have checked for those parts when i first called and scheduled replacement accordingly!! Here I am 2 hour wait later, parts being ordered and return for another grueling wait to have them installed! Very inefficient and waste of much time!!!
