I tried to write the events of the day on both of my visits, but the space would not allow me to submit my response.
I explained what was going on with the car. They tried to find something wrong and said they couldn’t. They also told me I needed new tires and discount tire says I don’t need a new tires. When I came back, I had recorded the noise on my phone, but they wouldn’t look at the car again because we couldn’t duplicate it out on the road. Not pleased with the visit.

I brought this car in multiple times for the same issue. While it was under warranty I was always told, " We don't know what is causing this issue." I bring it again after it's outside the warranty and all of the sudden they know the issue. It's the wiring harness $3,200. Seems awfully convenient that no one considered that while it was under warranty. I have been wanting to get a new vehicle for over a year now weighing out my options I was going to get a Hyundai, not now I will never buy a Hyundai and I will never purchase a vehicle from ANY Horne dealership and I have will continue to tell everyone I know looking for a vehicle what not to get and where not to purchase. I will also be making formal complaints about the service or lack thereof I have received. The last "service provider" and I believe the one before that that I worked with was Michael Seanz.
