I approved an online quote for $880. When I came to pick up my car the total was around $1100. The extra charges were:
$100 diagnostic charge (I was told when I dropped my car off if I proceeded with repair I would not be charged this $100. 2-$50 service shop fee (dishonest mark up). 3- tax (nothing in your online quote says it is before tax. In fact it says “total authorized amount”, which implies after tax). Completely misleading. Will never be back for service again.
