Michael’s commitment to customer service was outstanding. He was very communicative and answered all of my questions. He made a complicated project very simple for me and my family. We couldn’t be happier with the whole process.

It wasn’t the service personnel at fault. They were very helpful- the problem was the GPS system in the car - it kept taking me to the wrong addresses- not by a block or two - it was miles off. They rebooted the system, but said what I had was up to date. So the problem is something intrinsic to the car’s GPS system. No solution.

Waited over 2 hours for an oil change. And that was without the recall work even being completed. Vehicle was promised at 2 PM and wasn’t done until after 2:30. Asked for a price for a piece of trim, never received it. Asked for the price to change my FRONT windshield wipers and they weren’t even inspected. I asked for 2 very simple extra requests and both were ignored. Paired with waiting an obscene amount of time made me super unhappy. Completely unacceptable that simple requests can’t be done and a promise time can’t be adhered to.
