You did not have the parts to service my car, so I basically wasted two hours when had someone put five minutes of thought into what I needed in the first place, you would have known that you did not have the parts and you needed to order them before I came in to get my car serviced.

I just wish that it didn't cost so much to maintain my Camry. But the service has been excellent. Also wish it didn't take so long to pick up my car. I was told I could pick my car up that it was ready but had to wait an additional 1.5 hours for them to finish it. But my over experience has been excellent.

I will be doing the survery on her behalf. Brittany was amazing in so many ways! I am very o.c.d about my truck. Brittany went above and beyond to keep me informed. Updated me every step. She was very patient with me as I am a handfull to deal with. She left me with a deep sense of gratitude with how professional and informative she was. 10 out of 10 stars for that lady!
