I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:45. And 12:40 I was told it would be another 45. I finally got my car at 2:15 and missed my 2pm meeting for work. Very frustrating. Have never had an oil change/tire rotation take over 3 hours. The service rep was very apologetic and even comped my service…which she didn’t have to do but was appreciated for the terrible experience. Unfortunately this is the second unpleasant experience so I likely won’t be returning.
