I very much appreciate how speedy this process was. I'm also a very grateful to Kia as I was not ready to purchase a new car just yet and had been babying this one to make it last. And now I can put money into other things for it.
Everyone that I spoke to was very helpful and very polite. I appreciate you all.
To sum it up, I had decided my next car was going to be a Toyota. But after this experience I am very likely to stick with Kia.

I was supposed to get a new engine. My car was at the kia lot for 2 months waiting. During this time, they said all loaner cars were already loaned out. To me it looks like they repaired my car with the bare minimum.On the engine, just the bottom block crank shaft and pistons. My car is still burning oil.White smoke is coming out of the tailpipe and the inside of the mufflers covered with oil. I checked the oil as well and it's over full by a quart.
