Was not notified about a flat tire that occurred after drop off for a separate issue. Waited over an hour for one tire. Informed them when the wheel was off I would like my spare put on instead. Service manager comes in to tell me the job was done and asked if I was sure, then told me it would take another 30 mins... If it takes 30 mins to an hour to change a single tire, there is a problem. Had my tire been changed sooner they would have sold me a brand new tire because I didn't know I had my spare. Waste of time!

Kia bulit this vehicle and knows about the engine problem I am having but they don't honor the fact that such a problem they should step up and fix my car and stop passing the buck, I plan on going up as far as I can with Kia motors or any other agencies to get the results that can address this situation, I pay good money for this vehicle every month and don't need to hear them crying about a car they built and won't fix

Rep isn’t the issue. It’s so called company policy that’s the issue. Smh ????????‍♀️ it’s like they purposely lie or don’t advise until it’s worse to make people pay out of pocket for services or things that should be covered. I was at the dealership last month for a tire issue. Couldn’t use my roadside plan because of “wires”. They said I needed to replace the back two. WHICH I DID ELSEWHERE because it was cheaper. They didn’t mentioned anything about front two tires. I had a tire rotation done. So Kia tires ended up in the back and the two new tires ended up in the front. On the way to work, a car in traffic flagged me down because they said my tire was sparking because of “wires” and then that’s when I realized my tire pressure was declining slowly then fast. Had to stop twice to put in it and barely made it to the dealership. But what baffles me is how my tires got so bad in less than a month. And why last month rep didn’t just say to replace all four times. It’s like yall purposely skate past the truth and let it get worse. I done had so many “patch ups “ instead of just outright replacing the tire. Or I get ask to pay $600 for 2 tires when it should have been replaced long time ago. And I feel like it’s not fair to the customer. Because who have that type of money laying around. Last month I had to leave with the nail still in my tire because I couldn’t purchase tires. Which is crazy work. Because it’s like yall said **** me and my safety. This time I asked for the spare to be put on. And again that’s **** up. I know business is business but what happened to caring about someone’s safety and doing all that you can do? There’s no real offer of assistance or solution at all. It’s either pay or oh well. And to me that’s pretty **** up.
