My husband brought the van in for service which because of work schedules, I normally do. He was v offered a wash after service which he accepted. IHe assumed that would add maybe 10 minutes on to the time frame. 45 minutes after service was complete, it still wasn't washed. My suggestion is to give the customer a realistic time frame for the wash or be sure it can be done right after.
