I left before even having my vehicle serviced. The first time back in July I was in there it took between 2 1/2 and three hours for an oil change. I was told we take an hour. This time when I went to drop it off I was told it was gonna take up to two hours for it, which is not what I was told when I called to confirm. So I was very frustrated and told Shelby that maybe I should take my car someplace else and she said maybe I should. I thought that she was rude, inconsiderate, and did not provide any sort of possible solution. I will not be back and I will tell everybody I know not to come there.

The drop off process was smooth and simple. Even like the feature of seeing what’s going on with you vehicle online. The only thing I was very confused about at the end. The cashier stated I had to pay $165 for a RECALL, even tho the only thing that was done was the recall and the testing of the recall, the fix of the recall and the testing after the recall to ensure the codes did not come back up. Granted I did not pay, I was given my paperwork and told to follow the gentleman for my keys, still trying to figure out what why that was said.
