Most horrific service experience of my life. I lost days of my life for a simple flat tire and oil change. There are so many elements it’s hard to even know where to begin. In a nutshell: when I finally convinced the service guys that I had a flat tire, and located it for them (they were insisting there was no flat) it still took an hour and a half for to them to patch a screw hole and recalibrate. I dropped my truck off on Monday, which took an hour just to drop it off. Then spent 3 hours there today. The horror began with my last service visit which resulted in a missing oil cap (had to replace), an oil leak (had to take back and have it redone), and a missing lugnut lock. This I only noticed when I got a flat tire over the weekend. Thank god I didn’t get a flat in the wilderness only to realize that whoever rotated my tires last had neglected to return my lugnut lock (it has still not been returned by the way and I purchased a new one for myself on Amazon). After all of this, you people still charged me 35 bucks for the tire patch. Needless to say, I will avoid Wondries Toyota at all costs in the future.
