I asked some questions and I got goofy answers plus he told me I need to change a cabin filter and I changed on April, supposedly is every 15 thousand miles or so. Now I am wondering if I paid for a filter and was never changed?

You have available coupons on line. It clearly states they need to be printed for the to be valid. Then when tried to use them, the associate just says it would be more expensive to use the coupon. Wouldn’t show me the numbers on the screen. I just had to trust him. Also it took 4 hours for brake service.
