Ive been around for a while. The Wondries family is not like others. They've always kept prices the most fair than any other dealership. Today, I found out the Wondries sold to someone else. It was also the 1st time the service fees were higher than usual. It makes me sad. So many of the guys like Gordon, and John had become friends like family at Wondries made it always a pleasure. Loyalty is everything these days and I hope the new owners understand what loyalty means. I drive from Chatsworth to Alhambra for my car service because they were the most fair and customer conscious. Time will tell. I'm watching.

I have to wait for long hours only for changing the battery, and this is the second time repair before a week ago I have the same problem.
Eventhough finally I was happy Wondries gave me rental car but the technician I thought work slow or not competent enough to fix the car.
To much time I have to spend every time I do maintenance.
I work for Uber so every hour spend waiting my car for so long, I lost order or money for living.
Please review the competency of your technician/ mechanic, how they work, their knowledge etc.
And also to many excuses made by CS to Customer to cover up their incompetence work, took a lot of time to do regular maintenance
