This is the first time that I take so long to wait for service..
From 9 wa.m to 2: 30 p.m...
I have a lot of years servicing my vehicle with you guys and I didn't feel right.

I have to wait for long hours only for changing the battery, and this is the second time repair before a week ago I have the same problem.
Eventhough finally I was happy Wondries gave me rental car but the technician I thought work slow or not competent enough to fix the car.
To much time I have to spend every time I do maintenance.
I work for Uber so every hour spend waiting my car for so long, I lost order or money for living.
Please review the competency of your technician/ mechanic, how they work, their knowledge etc.
And also to many excuses made by CS to Customer to cover up their incompetence work, took a lot of time to do regular maintenance

Wonderies called me weekly to set up an appointment. I asked for next available- They gave me Saturday 10:45am - I waited 3 hrs and 30 minutes to get the 5000 mile service - I was told possible 45 minutes over the phone, at least 1:30 min by service agent - 3:30 hrs for inspection and tire rotation. Does not seem like Wonderies knows that customer believe that an appointment means that their car will be worked on in a reasonable amount of time. Should not give appointments.

I did not upset Mr. Wu’s services today from 1-5:30 pm. I understood it’s a very busy day. I walked in and asked to do only oil changed today and got informed when checking in it will be about before 5 pm. I had been approached from the sales team to consider to trade in my RAV4 for new one so they will check and evaluate how much they could offer me. It’s great. They took my checking in paper and didn’t came back until 5 pm. I still didn’t see my car parked to pick up. I walked so many times to check with Mr. Wu but he always had a cclient with him. I was so frustrated why your company lack of communication between division of sales and services. I got lost when I got in both and you guys were so busy and forgot about me. I finally paid for old changed and bring ticket out to pick up my car. That’s another waiting so long. Other client came after me, he got his car and left but I had to continue waiting. I am very disappointed for doing oil changed here today I better do at other oil change services. It would be faster and no stresses. Thank for listening!
