I have no issues with the customer service or the service provided to my vehicle. My issues is in regards to the appointment system. I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change only. My appointment was at 10:30 am. I did not leave the facility after 1:00 pm. I was provided with the option of dropping the vehicle off. Regardless,I don't understand the purpose of the appointment if the service is not provided within an hour of the appointment. Thank you.
