Emilio was very friendly, very helpful, very open to my concerns about a problem that has been persisting for a while and has been brushed off by other service providers. There was another fellow whose name I never got who was also extremely helpful in having relevant experience in this particular issue so he could point out the service bulletin that existed about the issue with my car that he overheard me describing. I appreciate them both.
