I went to the dealer with a specific problem, waited for three hours, and in the end, my problem wasn't solved. Moreover, they charged me $215. I was extremely dissatisfied and angry.
Although I initially asked the manager to let me know whether I agreed to the paid procedure or not beforehand, when they handed me the car, a different manager was present, and they simply told me I had to pay $215. I would have agreed to pay if my problem had been solved, but they didn't. How is it possible that an authorized dealer couldn't fix the car? I've always trusted the Toyota brand, but after today's visit, I'm disappointed!

What is a meaning of appointment. You guys and other dealerships are very similar. I went to Wondries is because of a discount coupon.
