Brandon greeted me and introduced himself for my 830am appointment. He quickly got my information and checked me in. Understood my concern for coming today! About an hour later he called to explain findings through my inspection, he relayed the information and suggestions recommended. He was able to explain and describe the needs of the recommendations. This made me confident in moving forward with the additional work! Later that day he called to let me know the car was and could pick up. When I arrived for pick up I met with the cashier who was very attentive and pleasant. I wish I got her name to give her credit for my experience. I informed her about a coupon I received through email and assisted me in speaking with the supervisor to apply the credit. Brandon and his supervisor assisted and my purchase was completed! From beginning to end long to end it was a great experience! Thank you Brandon and the cashier!!
