I don't want to be contacted. I arrived for a 7:15am appointment at 7:09am. I was in a queue of over 20 vehicles. I didn't meet a service advisor until 7:50am. I asked when I should expect my vehicle the advisor stated a couple of hours and that he'd contact me when my vehicle was ready. I looked at my paperwork and it said 10:30am. At 10:30am I walked to the service advisors table to inquire about my vehicle and he stated it was ready. He had a stack of slips (maybe 10 or more) that had yet to be processed. Waiting from 7:09am til 10:30am for a tire rotation and oil change isn't something I will do again. I stopped servicing at Toyota of Pasadena for this reason and this is my last visit to Wondries Toyota. I would rather drive all the way to El Monte where I KNOW my time is valued
