Nelson was good but I did mention to him I had a coupon for my oil change but forgot it. Last time I did my oil change outside of you all the rep I dealt with encouraged me to call Toyota as there are often deals or coupons and even though I mentioned this it was full price. Don’t even address what I had stated about me not having the coupon.

Danny is the best Service Advisor I've had to date in your location. He's professional, yet has a easygoing temperament, but most important of all, I felt he's the first Service Advisor who listens to my car needs and concerns. His attention to detail in laying out a plan of action from my multipoint car inspection has not gone unnoticed. He made me feel comfortable enough about the plan that I even came back one week later to have additional work done on the car. I've also referred my brother to have his service contract from Longo Toyota to be transferred here in Wondries.
