I am satisfied with my visit yesterday. But you guys have a lot of work to do. Before the other owners were really on it they would walk around asking how long we have been waiting and if it was a long time they would look into it. The waiting area seems so crowded know. But I will continue to come back. But I did notice one of your employees has really good customer service his name is Matthew don’t remember the last but he is awesome.

Would’ve appreciated if Emilio would’ve mentioned the happy hour price that would be available an hour after I dropped off my vehicle so that way I could’ve benefit from the half off price considering I needed new air filters. Did mention Longo having a coupon for $80 for oil & filter changes, he said if I wanted to go there then I should go. A little annoyed that my right rear tire needed a small amount of air and that wasn’t at least provided.
