A tire alignment took 4 hours. I had an appointment at 9:15. The paper stated the service was done at 12:38. I never received any phone call or notification indicating my car was ready. I had to go in person and check in. So unprofessional and wil not be going to Alhambra anymore.

My experience was unfortunately not very enjoyable. I brought my vehicle in for a faulty door latch, which required an inspection visit followed by a second appointment for the repair once the part arrived.
I was told I could drop off my vehicle at 7 a.m. and that my extended warranty included a loaner option so I could get to work. However, the only option provided was renting a vehicle from Enterprise across the street, which did not open until 8 a.m., causing me to be late to work unexpectedly.
When I picked up my vehicle later that day, the window began making a knocking noise when rolled down, requiring me to return immediately for another fix. After leaving again, I then experienced an issue where the infotainment screen began flickering black and would not connect to Android Auto or allow access to other modules, forcing yet another return to the dealership.
Overall, this resulted in multiple trips back and forth, lost time, and unnecessary inconvenience.
