They did not communicate to me that the part was missing, even though Wonderies Toyota initated communications first to schedule the recall service.

The mechanics messed up the threads on the engine oil plug and it's causing it to leak. They had to put silicone as a temporary solution but eventually I will have to pay for the repair for something the mechanic messed up.
