The service provider that I got told me a certain time that my car was gonna be ready and when I showed up to her desk, she wasn’t even there she went to lunch. They didn’t have the prices set up for the materials that my car needs and I just felt rushed out without getting all the answers that I wanted

I arrived for my 4 pm at 3:57pm and signed paperwork for them to start services on my car at 4:47pm. The waiting time in my car was ridiculous with a toddler waiting patiently to leave the car. However, the service was completed promptly and the workers were kind and prompt.

This was my 3rd visit in 3 weeks. My car was running beautifully until I brought it in for a routine oil change. I don’t trust the process and I feel like I was over Charged. Your text alert system doesn’t match the price quote from the service agent. It was almost 2x as high. And there’s mentions of charges that then somehow get magically waived away. 3% for credit card. $215 for the assessment. I’m happy I wasn’t charged those fees, yet It all feels like manipulation.
I’ve been coming to this dealership since I was 16 years old. My dad bought many cars from you, and I’m on my 2nd Toyota that I bought from you. But I don’t know that I’ll be back for service or the next time I buy a car. It feels like a different experience for the customer.
