I had a very unpleasant experience with Di Wu today. He failed to provide detailed explanations and proceeded to exhibit demeaning behaviors towards customer. At one point he stopped answering me, walked away and began shaking his head. The professionalism needed for his position was lacking. Service manager David replaced him and was able to explain the matter to me thoroughly.

i was mostly good. Service was as expected and promt. 2 things were problemaytic. Please put battery terminal covers back on. Someone uncapped them, how annoying. More importantly, someone tried to wipe a big bird poop splatter and left some minor scratches that I otherwise wouldnt have had go polish out if I had been the one to clean the debris.

I paid for regular maintenance . At the end my car received an incomplete service . No tire rotation and I paid for that . Mr Nelson assured me the tire rotation was done , but I insisted it wasn’t. They checked the videos and of course , the mediocrity of the technicians rises and they never did tire rotation . Mr Nelson lied to me and the technicians are a bunch of mediocres. I’m wondering how many times on the past they did on my car an incomplete service??… where is the quality control of Toyota?… how many people have you been giving incomplete service ??? This **** !!

Prior to Nelson , I have called many Toyota places and they didn’t know what I kept asking . When I talked to Nelson he was very knowledgeable and knew what I was talking about immediately. He is a good service advisor there ain’t many advisors like Nelson. Thank you.

I took my vehicle again and got a rental. I have been taking it because sometimes it takes longer to start and it doesn’t mark the gas mileage correctly. Gordon Li is my advisor. I get a rental while my car is in the shop for 2 days. Gordon is asking questions about the starting never mentioning the issue of the gas mileage. Finally he is reminded and he seems to have no idea what we are talking about. I check my papers and it is in there. Apparently the issue cannot be duplicated. Neither of the isssues. At this point I just want my car. I go and they want to charge me the rental. Both managers are there and Gordon isn’t. Honestly the only good service I received was from the cashier.
