Staff was great. Drop off and pick up went smooth. The only thing is when did they stop rinsing the vehicles? Every vehicle I’ve owned would get at least hosed down after a service. Not a big deal but did appreciate the gesture.

Thanks for the special price offer. With a time appointed, you still took three hours and a little bit for the oil and filter.I can’t accept that. The similar experience I had with your competitor in El Monte. However I was able to finish my business in a hour and little bit last week for my 2019 Tacoma.
