Please have the *auto technicians* tell us when our cars are done. The desk guys, on several occasions, have gotten distracted or busy and don't tell me;I find out my car is ready when I go to the desk and ask them, and it bugs me that I've waited in the noisy waiting room for nothing.

It was around 3pm when I was finally able to take my car in to Wondries, and I was afraid no one could service my car because they close at 4pm. However, to my surprise, Nelson and team started assessing the issue (new battery was bad) and promptly replaced the battery so I could go on with my weekend and be ready for the first day at a new job on Monday! If I had to leave my car until Monday, or if they just decided not to help me, my weekend and Monday would've gone very differently. I thank everyone who helped and stayed a bit after closing time (on a Saturday) to service our car. From our point of view, the bad battery wasn't our fault, but the Wondries team could've just told us they're busy and can't service us until it's convenient for them. But they didn't. They took care of it. I appreciate the great service so much!! Thank you Nelson and team.
