You did a fantastic job explaining the services I requested. You explained the tires Special and I decided to move forward with ordering a whole set of tires. I also came in requesting to change the my brakes. After dropping off my car you advised me that that wasn’t necessary being that my breaks were still in good condition. Because of actions like this I have developed a trust every customer should have with their auto service provider; and for the past 10 years I’ve had my Yaris, I have always come back to have my car serviced at Wondries Toyota. I’m concerned about my car and the tire pressure on the same tire. This is the second time the warning sign appeared in my dashboard. I requested to have the tire changed, but I was told that it would only be done if they found evidence of nails or objects coming out of the tire. My car is not even a year old yet and this is the 2nd time this happened. Other than that the person that attended me was a professional and on top of her work. Thank you.
