Need to provide better communication to customers. Should have asked if we need anything, like water or anything. Should have given us update on our car. After about an hour, I have to ask how much longer. Answered was about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, again and again wait 30 minutes. Waited almost 3 hours in total.
