I have been coming to wondries for 10+ years. Living in San Gabriel made it very easy to get there for all my car service needs (3 miles from home). Three years ago, my family moved to the IE (Chino). I've taken my car to Claremont Toyota and John Elway Toyota. To me, nothing beats the service that Alhambra provides. I would rather drive 32 miles to get my car serviced there than out here. They know me by my first name amd always make sure that my vehicles get the service they need. They are fast, attentive, and professional.

Angelo Glorioso was amazing. Super friendly and efficient. I was unsatisfied how the mechanic were careless in doing my oil change and scratched my 4Runner in the front in two areas, on the side fender, and a huge scratch and knicks on my rear bumper. Angelo was quick to respond and asked the mechanics to take it back to buff out.

I was without a car since I got it towed there… & all my previous dealerships always gave me a loaner/courtesy vehicle/ rental even Car max did… & your dealership/managers/service workers couldn’t figure out the key & I bought the car supposedly fully loaded & I couldn’t get a second key but they should have sent me one once they had it… & the manager that helped me with my situation was acting like I didn’t know what I was talking about… which to me is not manager friendly at all… so I missed work on Friday & didn’t have a car all weekend… It was horrible experience & I was going to purchase a Lexus but I really wanted a Sequoia so I went with what was bailable but most of the doctors I work with go to Longo because they have courtesy vehicles… etc. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a car dealership… other than when Chevy in Montebello thought I couldn’t purchase my FULLY loaded LTZ & that salesman was let go… It was like the movie “Pretty Wiman when she walked back into the store that said everything was too expensive for her & she went to even better & more expensive places & then went back with all the bags & beautiful outfits & told the store that denied her… she said “BIG MISTAKE” that’s what I did with El Camino Chevrolet not only was the salesman sexist & thinking less of me because of me & my friends being females with a couple kids… Well let me tell you “Word of mouth” traveled fast & they regretted it & so did the salesman… & what is horrible for them is I ended up purchasing my fully loaded Chevy LTZ at another dealership… & I drove back to El Camino Chevrolet to be the “Pretty woman”& said BIG MISTAKE… & yo this day people still know what happened unless they changed the managers already which I am sure they did but it that time it wasn’t the managers faults other than not responding quickly… it mainly was the racist & shovanistic car salesman that even left us at the top of the dealership waiting for him to come back on a hot summer day in the sun… Anyway… I thought your dealership was more classy & professional & customer oriented all over all the way to service department but you have a lot to bring up to par again & not leaving people stranded without not even a loaner to get to work & all weekend without a car… like I said I never had that problem that bad before… So if I could say something… Step up your customer service… courtesy vehicles & service dept. & managers that know how to “fix”/diagnose things better… The service manager was David & my service advisor was Gordon… I’m going tot go talke yo Longo Toyota just to see how they handle it… Thank you.
