Opted for text message and tried messaging every number I given from the dealership — never received a response. Only received a couple updates after a call was made. I had a questions that were never answered. I also brought in a coupon I received in the mail and it was not used/didn’t get my discount from spending a certain amount for the service. Satisfied with the result of the repair but not satisfied with how everything else went. Not easy using the system provided for customer. Please DO NOT contact.
