I took my car in for a tire rotation with an appointment and it took about 3 hours to get it back . I asked for shuttle and was told your dealership does not offer one. I asked if they will wash the car afterwards and they told me they don’t offer that either . A tire rotation is a 10 minute job and your customers shouldn’t have to wait for 3 hours with an appointment. Very disappointing experience to say the least.
