The team was still trying to give me a hard time concerning an oil change I had discussed with a manager and even though I had a letter giving specific instructions from the manager herself , luckily Ramon Elias was there to actually help me instead of giving me a hard time and trying to deny my service. Ramon Elias is very kind , respectful and helpful unlike all the other men who kept being rude to me.

Hello, I’m not Happy with the service your guys provided today, this is related to my 2023 Camry, I had an appointment a week ago 11/24/2023 at 7am ,and when I went in the dealership that day someone told me that they could not do anything because the Toyota factory was closed, and they could not do any driving test , I made my second appointment for today 12/01/2023. At 7am. I left the car in the morning, the service advisor told me that if it is a warranty problem Toyota will cover it but if its not warranted, I would have to pay $190.00, the Camry had 9.150 miles, it has never been crashed , and I have completed the maintenance services in Toyota dealership, I signed and she told me that my car would be ready at 1pm, two hours later she called me to tell me if I was at the dealership so that I could take a test drive with the technician and I indicated that I was at my house, because according to her , my car supposedly be ready at 1pm, she sent me an Uber in order to test the car with the technician , when we arrived we did the test, the technician drove my car to the 10 freeway and at a speed of 65 I told him what the noise was and he told me that’s normal for Camrys, to which I told him that's not normal, to hear the air coming from outside to inside,The technician told me that it is normal for Camrys and that if I wanted to drive another Camry because it’s normal in Camry has the noise, and I told him I have another car Chevrolet Surbuban, and I have never heard a noise from the drive sit door, he told me it is because is a Chevrolet not a Toyota, that comment was something stupid, according to me Toyota is a brand that is characterized by quality cars . I have had many Toyotas, if you go to my history you can see it. The truth is today they made me feel that I was wrong far trying to repair my Toyota Camry which is brand new, it is a car under Toyota warranty, it is a car that has not been crashed, it is a car that does not have the 10,000 yet, the car does not have no even a year , I felt frustrated because I got a bad experience , poor customer service from Wondries Toyota in Alhambra, it was a wasted my time. I think you guys should have called Toyota and asked them for help, and not given an answer like that, all Camrys that noise, it is normal, if you guys had told me that all Toyota Camrys have a structural problem and the air enters through the driver's side, I would never have bought that car, because it puts my life in risk and I don't feel safe driving it , but they never told me anything, I already made my third appointment with the dealer who fixed it and changed the part before I hope they could fixed it ,and solve this problem, because it is not normal for me that my car has a structural issue. I was not greeted by the team member who is in charge of my account. Took longer than expected. Staff was busy chatting vs being productive. Cashier was on her personal cell phone. Was not paying attention as to who came up to the front desk.
