$450 for the repair of a corroded battery post connection was excessive and it appears to me that a perfectly good battery was replaced without need. I took delivery of the old battery, took it home, removed the “frozen connector in about 5 minutes with simple hand tools, charged the battery from 75% to full in a few hours. Battery posts appeared in order after brushing lightly with a wire brush. I’m not requesting any refunds however.
