I had asked Ramon E if it was possible to get a courtesy discount for consideration of the holidays and being a loyal customer. He stated that his manager would be informed. Upon paying the invoice, it did not happen. In the past I have received a discount and not even a manager discount or coupon was offered. For future, it would have been a nice consideration.
