Arrived at 2:05 pm for my 2:15 pm appointment. The staff member that was checking in the cars was moving very slow, yawning, and assisting cars out of order. I did not get a number until 2:30pm and then after another 10 minutes I got tired of sitting in my car so I walked outside to stretch my legs. As soon as I stepped out the same staff member asked if I was helped yet to which I advised no. He began to ramble on about how when the cars are empty they think the customer has been helped. Finally someone came to help me. The clerk spent most of the time talking negatively talking about how the car was overdue and how the service was going to take 2+ hours. I left since I live close by only to find out my service was completed in under 30 minutes. The staff that assisted me in retrieving my car was very quick, friendly and professional. The complete opposite experience.
