Appointment was at 11 for an oil change and brakes. And I didn’t get my car until 530.
Was told around 230. No correspondence and I had to call at 330. Then they said okay maybe 430-5
Went to wait at the dealership and had to tell them at 430 that I’m here and going to wait.
Was frustrating when times are said and there isn’t even any communication in general unless I, the customer reaches out.

Thank You Team Wondries Service. U guys are the business. I aint gonna tell u a lie. I am very happy. I normally go to Carmax and pay only $50 total. For an oil change but I am in a serious dilemma and needed service like yesterday. Carmax next avail is 1/30 however Wondries got me in same day immediately. I did pay more than $50 but it is well worth it. Thanks a trillion times. U guys beat out all competition even if the price is more.

Nelson was a very attentive Service Advisor. He was knowledgeable and helpful in finding my A/C problem; and getting the problem fixed in a timely manner. Nelson called me to let me know the status of my car, and followed up with a text message, keeping me informed. He also handled my smog test (I passed). Plus, the total price was reasonable!
