Every single staff at the Wondries Alhambra Toyota location were all very friendly, efficient in their positions, and professional. First and foremost this has been the first time I’ve brought in any of my vehicles for service at any dealerships after buying any vehicle. Nelson was extremely cordial and informative about everything that would be happing with my vehicle. My vehicle had been away for exactly 2 weeks and when I was originally told it’d take a month, so I feel like Nelson was on the dot about everything going on his end. While I was unsure about not having a vehicle I was told that I’d be able to get a rental and that relieved a huge amount of stress on my end. Nelson was also sending me updates consistently assuring me the car would be done and finished in a timely manner.
