I kept calling for an update on my car and no one was answering. I then texted the number and no response from my service provider. I proceeded to go to the front desk and the service provider had been sitting on my paperwork for my car. It seemed as if my car was ready long time ago and I was not notified and was just put on wait.

I am not satisfied with my visit. The workers opened random compartments in my car and took out stuff without my permission. I saw my items fall out onto the chair and no one told me why. Papers and everything were taken out of my compartment too. There was no need to go through my car when the service had nothing to do with that. Please make sure your workers are more respectful towards customer’s cars. Messing up the carpeting and accessories was not needed.
