Vehicle was promised within 2 hours of drop off for a tire rotation. I waited 4 hours. Also had a coupon for a free $50 dollar gift card for your service department but was told I can only use if I buy something over $50. Not happy all around.

Another outstanding experience at Wondries Toyota Service in Alhambra this morning. Took my Toyota Camry Hybrid in for regular service and coordinated everything with Gordon Li, who always puts “customer” first in customer service. He advised me it’ll probably be a normal maintenance service but will keep me posted if anything changes or require additional repair or work, which it did. Service advisor like Gordon instills confidence and trust. I look forward to returning in the next regular maintenance service check.
