Took too long (6hours) for two recall services.
Noticed that for Toyota provided free service were treated as low priority. After finishing, customers were not informed properly to get the cars back, the paperwork needed to present it to car dispatch person(s),it took me 15 more minutes waiting until I found out about that.

Service writer Johnathan was nearly impossible to reach; almost no updates unless I called. But my service advisor was better one of the rest of the team.
Windows left open (Toyota app alerts), interior returned dusty. They put a tire inside in the back seat and got tire dressing in my interior. Service manager John argued and denied responsibility — I got so upset I turned and walked away.

Oscar had my vehicle for 4 days and the issue I had brought it in for has yet to be resolved. I've expressed my concern time and time again with John Kan. I am very disappointed and extremely frustrated with the entire experience. My car isn't even 2 years old yet. I shouldn't be having problems with it to begin with. I honestly believe if I am taking my car in to get serviced at a Toyota Dealership, the technicians should be familiar with the Toyota vehicle and knowledgeable of it's features. From what I witnessed, no one is aware of the Sequoias features because no one knew what I was talking about when I asked. I keep having to explain what is wrong with my vehicle. I even recommended that they drive one so they can see exactly what I'm trying to fix, but there isn't one in the showroom. I drive my car on a daily basis, I know when something stops working, and if I take it in to get it repaired I don't expect a half **** job. I get a call that my car is fixed and ready to go. I get off of work for nothing because it's still not fixed! I don't deserve to be looked at like I'm crazy. I truly feel like my vehicle is a lemon. Would never recommend Wondries Toyota to anyone!
