I waited almost 5 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. I had to go up to the front desk myself to check on my car and they didn’t notify me when my car was finished. I wasted so much time there when I could have been doing other things. Ive gotten multiple stuff done before in a short amount of time there so Im not sure what the hold up was but Im not satisfied at all.

I was not satisfied with the service. I had my appointment at 12:30. I dropped off the car at 11:30 AM and at 3 PM. I have not heard from the dealer so I called for status on my vehicle and they stated that my vehicle had to stay at the dealership for the entire weekend And did not offer a Rent-A-Car for the weekend and today I pick up my car and they said the dealership said that the battery was defective so the battery was replaced, which could’ve been done the same day Saturday when I took the car in therefore I’m not satisfied with the service

I arrived at 7:15am for my appointment. Over the phone I was told that the appointment would only take 40 minutes. However, at check in I was told that it would be completed in about 2 hours, so I would be done by 9:30am. By 10:05am, I still had not heard anything about my car (I was only getting service for oil change and tire rotation). I went up to the front to ask about any updates with my car, as I was waiting in line I was helped by someone name Susan who asked someone else that was not Di Wu to check in on my car. Upon checking the system, my car had already been done, I just had not been notified. After that, Susan was able to help me retrieve my car so I can go to work after 3 plus hours. I understand that this process can take long, however, more transparency about the time should be provided or updates via text or phone like Subaru does for their customers.
