Oscars always amazing! Everytime I’ve brought my vehicle he’s friendly and cheerful. Transparent about the timing as it was a Saturday so it would take longer than normal. Appreciated his impeccable customer service!

My services agent was phenomenal. He gave me great details and updates on my process. Carl was a 10/10.
The reception however, was lacking customer services skills. Not resting when I walked up the the counter. When I asked my question, she did not look in my direction and kept her eyes on her computer screeen. She spoke softly and I had to ask her to repeat herself. When I asked her to repeat she seemed annoyed at my request.
I was there in the morning so this was the morning receptionist.
