I made the appointment at 9:15am, but it was heavily delayed. I kept waiting till 1:35pm to finally get my car back. Making appointment is essentially no difference than not having one. Service appointments used to take 2-3 hours, but this time took 4 hrs. I am deeply unsatisfied by this visit experience.
