I have no issues with Isaac and his service. He was great.
The volume of the music in the showroom was too loud. When I tried to sit outside, someone was smoking a cigar in their car. I had trouble staying around the dealership. I'm unhappy with the noise and the smoking outside.

I’ve been having issues when I shift to reverse for several weeks .. but when I took it for service they did not find anything wrong with it .. as soon as I drove it home and put it on park and then tried to shift to reverse it would get stuck .. not sure what to do!

I don’t like his attitude during his work. He had a personal phone call when I stood there, and I needed to remind him to stop talking. The terrible thing is that he was rolling his eyes when I was talking to him, that was so bad?I have never had such service at a Toyota dealership.
