Overall experience was horrible. First service department never explained the outcome of the diagnostic even though I paid for full diagnostic check. Secondly, I was never informed the service department would close at 6 pm and I came at 6:05 pm. No one was available to assist me and the employees who was available did not want to help in any way as a result, I missed work and had extra expenses to and from home to dealership. The next day I went to pickup my vehicle and explained the situation to the manager on duty who was nice and understanding to give me a free oil change for next visit so I paid for the service and went to pickup my vehicle but to my surprise, my keys were nowhere to be found and was told my key was misplaced. The same manager explained to me that he is tracking who last had the key. All this time, I was telling all the employees that my key has a special item attached to the key which can be easy to spot. When all hope was lost, I told the manager about this special item and he told me to come to the service warehouse locker which I was able to spot the key in the locker box. Such a terrible experience on my end. It was unprofessional and unorganized.
