I took my car due to a Toyota recall of transmission. It did take about a month for my car to be serviced. My issue is that after reviewing my car, my steering wheel was adjusted to the left and was not straight. Also, I have noticed a malfunction of the touch screen system. It will stop playing music and the entire screen will go black which I’m assuming means that the system is down. At times when I’m using my apple car play the entire screen with go black and the music will play but I cannot adjust the volume or change the track. I have to pull over, then stop my car and restart everything. I don’t understand why my car came back with MORE issues when I expected quality service from Toyota. Then in turn had to bring back my car to the dealership to get my steering wheel adjusted and I waited for more than 5+ hours. Which is absurd because this should’ve been fixed within the initial inspection.

Gordon was very professional and puts himself at the customer’s level. Many service technicians talk down to the customers forgetting that the customer doesn’t have any technical knowledge of the vehicle. Gordon talks in simple terms and even talks to the customer about personal things such as hobbies, family, etc. Gordon is one of the best service technicians I have ever met.

Unfortunately the recall issue was not addressed a week ago when I brought the car in for a 6 month service (Toyota was notified about the recall days before). I told (I forgot her name) about this and asked if my car could get priority attention today. She assured me it would, and it did.
