Just for an oil change, i waited for almost 3 hrs. After almost 2 hrs from checking in, I followed up if my car is done . The service advisor told me another few minutes. After an hour, I
did not receive a call or text if my car is ready. I went to his counter
and found out that my car is finished.
The reason why I get the early appointment so It can be done early. My day off is very important me. I hope in my future maintenance service I won’t experience this situation again. Thank you.
