Was literally omw to get my oil change got your physical coupon in the mail. Called made an appt with Micheal who was very nice & even changed my appt time when I needed to push it back went out of his way to his way ask Matthew to work with me which he did. Matthew himself deserves high praise because he thanked me for my wait (no prob please u guys worked with me) & was beyond courteous & answered every question I had. Then a nice girl gave me paper clips when I needed them for my vast baseball footage/paperwork. Then they finished with my car early which was a nice surprise so overall a wonderful experience and 5 Star service through & through. Only note would be the locker room vibe in the walkway between the lobby & desks with a guy in a blue suit dropping a multitude of f bombs turning 2 of our (clients) heads & it has a domino effect with 2 of the black polos who proceeded to talk poorly about someone not qualifying for a deal. I’d just advise ask yourself do u really need to do that? And if so why? Bad look. Be better. Be like Matthew & Micheal. They’re awesome. Thank You & God bless. :)
