I am waiting in the lobby and Di sent me text messages on document to review on the replacement of cabin filter, not call me. About two hours waiting, I come directly ask him the status, he told me I need to approve this. Then I submitted the approval and wait another one more hours for the replacement and the cleaning. So totally I spend 4 more hours at the lobby for full service. Another is a recall on passenger airbag, which is not available due that it is not ready.

My service consultant Danny kept me up to date on the service. He also mentioned that the techs did drive the car & assured me that there were no noises. The car needed to stay an extra day as they needed to order parts & he made sure to let me know I had the option to get a covered rental car. Took car in after check engine light came on and quoted $210 for diagnostic fee then $6800 for major work. Wonderies said take your time to decide what to do. Found an alternative solution for the car. Asked to pick up car. Told it was ready. A salesman stood next to me when the car came out and noticed the hood was still slightly open and had the driver push to close it. Drove off. It started to drizzle. Windshield wipers did not work. Opened the hood and the coolant cap was missing, the engine cover was missing and a hole between the glass and where the windshield wipers should be were missing. Was it just human error? Was it because I didn’t get my old car fixed? Didn’t buy a new car? Waited too long to decide? Service guy wasn’t there that day? But letting a customer drive off without windshield wipers and missing parts to their car when it’s raining is unsafe. I called, returned and it was put back together but very disappointed from this experience.
