Is the 1st time that i have not been received with a smile and polite, I have to wait 3 hours for a oil change, after 2 hors waiting I ask and I was told that it was going to be 1 more our, unfortunately I had a back surgery and was in lot of pain, wich seem that he didn't care, and I was surprised when I got my car that it was really hot, and that told me that is was outside, and I want to use the give card that the dealer sent me and I was told is not good to use for service with a purchase as well, so I trow it away and wander why I was sent that, thanks anyway
