Took more than 3 hours. Took more than 1 hour after promised time. Ridiculous amount of wait time. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. My appointment was at 7am and got there at 6:46 was the 6th in line and still took longer than other times.

Also, my engine air filter was not installed, but left in the front seat of my vehicle. I had to return to the dealership to have it installed.
