Your prices are unbelievably high now BMW prices $900 for a water pump! $900 to replace a radiator! I was originally told that just the water pump needed to be replaced. Then after that was done. I was told that the radiator needed to be replaced. If I had known originally that both needed to be replaced, I would not have done the work it’s not worth it for such an old car. The icing on the cake was your 3% charges for using credit card.I won’t be back.

When I took my car in for service last week I was told that my windshield solvent container was cracked and they could order a replacement. I said okay and scheduled an appointment to have it installed, along with some other work that was recommended. During my appointment they found out they had ordered the wrong part. To add to my frustration, it is now cracked way worse than before, they must have cracked it more when they were in the process of replacing it. So now, I have to make another appointment.

I waited for my car to be serviced for over 3.5 hours despite arriving a few minutes early for my 7:30 AM appointment. I had an oil change and multi point inspection. It wasn’t until I went to the service advisor and asked for a status, that (after some delay) he told me my vehicle was ready. I didn’t make a big deal of it with him, but since you asked, I thought I would let you know. I think there is some communications lacking between your technicians and your advisors. Take a lesson from Subaru of Glendale!
